As a personal trainer, my job is to educate, motivate, inspire, hold accountable and guide you. I can help you lose weight, strengthen your body, tone and firm, build more muscle, lose body fat, or whatever your fitness goals may be. If you’re a mixed martial arts competitor, if you just want to be able to pick up your grandkids without throwing your back out, walk a few blocks to the grocery store without getting tired, or play in the occasional weekend volleyball game without dying, you need a structured exercise program that is safe as well as effective.  That’s what I do. Based on your fitness goals, your preferences, your schedule, and your special needs, I create a health and fitness program for you that will get you there. As my services are not “one size fits all”, this will require your input so that I can individually tailor your program for what you want.  It’s important to realize that this is a team effort. It’s not just about me standing over you shouting “ten more”.  We will work together on  this and it will require commitment and dedication from you. This will not work unless you are practicing healthy habits outside of the gym as well as in it. I will teach you how to make the best food choices for what you want to accomplish. I will teach you about reading food labels, about portion sizes, and how your body will respond to what you eat so you can make educated decisions at mealtime.
